"The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases" — Jung
COVID-19: I am now offering sessions via phone and video-calls using Zoom.
Please get in touch for details. I hope you all stay safe and well during these unusual times.
I am Angela and I am a qualified counsellor working in Brighton & Hove. I provide short and long-term counselling to adults.
People turn to counselling to address current or past difficulties in their lives. You might experience low-mood, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, stress, guilt, anger, bereavement, or trauma. Counselling can be a space where you can speak openly with a professional outside of your social network, and can be a liberating experience.
I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space to facilitate your journey. I do this by drawing on different therapy approaches to meet your individual needs. My sessions are confidential and involve one-to-one meetings in person. In therapy we work together to find your way forward.
It is important that you find the right person to work with. To explore whether we are a good fit, I offer an introductory session. You can get a sense of my therapy approach and I can get an idea of what has brought you to counselling. At the end we should have a good sense of whether we want to start working together. To arrange an introductory session please get in touch.
